The studs do not penetrate within the base material but are simply fastened to the same by means of melting, which is triggered by the pin, where the energy of the capacitors is concentrated in a few thousandths of a second, melting the base of the stud.

Insert nuts are a system for creating a thread on a thin metal sheet. They are a valid alternative to the traditional systems of cage nuts, welded nuts, etc., as they require only a simple hole for their application. We produce standard insert nuts in steel as well as special inserts according to customer specification.

Chucks have to be applied in the stud welding guns and are used for welding studs and faston.
